Therapy for Children and Adolescents

Guidance for Children, Adolescents, and Parents
Children and adolescents can become stuck for many different reasons: tension at home, school pressure, social difficulties, sensory sensitivity, or inner restlessness. Sometimes this expresses itself in behavior. Sometimes, instead, in withdrawal.

We offer psychological guidance for young people, with attention to:
- emotional development
- anxiety or mood-related complaints
- neurodivergency (such as ADHD, autism and giftedness)
- psychosomatic complaints

Together with parents
Parents are an essential part of the process. Where appropriate, we actively involve them so that insights can also take root at home.

We look at:
- the child
- the family system
- the school context
- the parents’ capacity and resilience

Treatment is tailored to the child’s age, developmental stage, and needs. The goal is not only symptom reduction, but strengthening resilience and self-confidence.
