At Limen PsyAssist, we currently operate without contracts with Dutch health insurance providers. Some international ones (e.g. AON, Cigna) might still reimburse the session costs, please get in contact with your insurance for more information. By default, all diagnostics and treatments are offered privately. We apply a reduced rate for students.

All sessions consist of 50 minutes of consultation and 10 minutes of reporting/administration. At the end of each month, you will receive an invoice for the sessions attended.

Our rates 

Individual sessions
(psychological support, diagnostics, and second opinions)

Adults (private): €100 per session
Youth: €100 per session
Students: €65 per session
Clients with international health insurance: €120 per session
Relationship and systemic therapy
Relationship therapy: €125 per session
Systemic therapy: €125 per session
 

Payment & reimbursement

Because we do not have contracts with health insurers, payment is made via a private invoice.

Clients with international health insurance (such as expat policies) may be eligible for (partial) reimbursement, depending on their policy conditions. Claims must be submitted by the client themselves. We can provide English-language invoices and proof of qualifications upon request. We advise clients to contact their insurer in advance to verify coverage and conditions.

Cancellation & no-show policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

If cancelled too late or in case of a no-show:

Adults & youth: 75% of the session fee will be charged
Students: the full fee will be charged

These costs are not reimbursed by insurers.
