Relationship- and System Therapy

When Patterns Become Stuck
Relationships can come under pressure.
Communication breaks down. Old pain is triggered. Or the same conflicts keep returning.
In couples and systemic therapy, we do not focus on blame, but on patterns.

  • For whom?
  • - partners who feel stuck
    - families experiencing tension
    - parents and children with recurring conflicts
    - adults who want to understand old family patterns

Together, we explore:
- interaction patterns
- attachment dynamics
- loyalties
- spoken and unspoken expectations

The goal is greater mutual understanding, safety, and room for change.
Sometimes the focus is on the here and now.
Sometimes it is necessary to look back at earlier experiences that are still having an impact.
Systemic therapy can be helpful alongside individual therapy, or as a standalone form of treatment.
